Making it Personal…

I am a native of beautiful Western Pennsylvania and proud to call this part of the country my home. I love the fact that you are never too far from anything fun or exciting.

Throughout several different chapters of my life, I have had the opportunity to live, work and travel to many parts of the country, interacting with so many people along the way. I am fortunate that I now reside near all three of my adult children and their beautiful families. My youngest is currently attending Penn State University.

Like most people, I originally hailed from a prior career. For almost 20 years, I worked in the Art & Graphics world and have a Print and Manufacturing Background. Having been in such a creative, technical and hands on field, I feel I can see the beauty or the possibilities in almost anything and have the abilities to create it.

Homes and personal spaces in particular or Architecture in general, have always held a special place in my heart. So moving into the Real Estate field is a natural path for me. Since the year 2000, I have dedicated myself as a top REALTOR® in the industry.  I know that locating the right home for an individual is such a personal decision.  I feel fortunate that I have built wonderful relationships with many hundreds of families and have helped them see the possibilities in their homes when placing them on the market to sell or to reach their next personal best home for their family or current situations.

                           In addition to finding the right buyer for a homeowner or the perfect home for a new buyer. I realize that selling or buying a home can seem very daunting or overwhelming for almost everyone today.  There are many potential real estate challenges revolving around required paperwork, the ever-changing financing regulations, state and municipality requirements, inspections and all the other constraints that could appear during a transaction for both a seller and a buyer. Every situation is unique and my personal goal is to make the processes as easy and as painless as possible.  

                           As an ASSOCIATE BROKER, I also love the fact that I can pull from my vast experiences and education to Mentor new agents entering the business or seasoned agents striving for another level of success. My door is always open and my phone is always on.
